Hiking
Montreal de Sos contains several caves. Including “Grotte du Campanal”. A painting was discovered in part of the cave in the 1930s…. the idea that the "grail fortress" of the Cathars stood here was born. The painting has been updated, but very nice. A little next to it is a cave / cavern accessible. You can descend a bit into it, but not without a flashlight
On the other side are the caves “grota de las femnas” (the women's cave) and the “grotta dels omes”; or the “man cave”.
