My first trip to Saalhöhe was on a public holiday. It was a mediocre idea. Even kilometers before you get to the road, you can hear a sound like that of the Nürburgring. The motorcyclists race up and down the road in a continuous loop like crazy. "Safety first" seems to be a foreign word to some people. If you like the silence of nature, avoid this road.
