Road cycling
Currently (Summer 2026), it's no longer pleasant to ride a road bike on this path. The transitions between the concrete slabs are rougher, there are constant cracks and patches. To achieve a speed of 30 km/h, both rider and equipment need to be quite resilient. Nevertheless, it's scenically beautiful - as long as you're taking a leisurely, touristy ride.

Road cycling
From willows you first have to fight with bad cobblestones. But there you can drive on the edge, there it goes. 200m after leaving the town it will be a concrete slab road, which is still easy to drive. The expansion joints are gentle and also allow a 30 cut :-)
