Fantastic place to visit with family, although on weekends it gets very crowded. It is one of the few examples of Catalan Romanesque that preserves its original plan. The bell tower is low and it is speculated that it was not finished. Next to the temple there is a wing, possibly a section of the cloister where a restaurant is located today. An interesting fact is that everything that the restaurant needs for its operation is carried to the top of the mountain on mules.

Hiking

In the adjoining farm in the monastery there is the Information point. Guided tours are carried out in the Romanesque church (check timetables). You can purchase publications and obtain information about the Natural Park. The center has the permanent exhibition 'The Monastery of San Lorenzo del Monte', which makes a chronological review of the human and cultural occupation of the mountain. In the monastery there is a bar service and the La Mola restaurant.

Running

La Mola is the culminating point of the Sant Llorenç del Munt massif and the Vallès Occidental with 1,103 m altitude. At the top there is the Romanesque Monastery of Sant Llorenç de Munt.

It offers very good views of the Vallès Occidental region.
