Mill De Juffer is located just outside the village of Gasselternijveen on the Hunzebeek. From the gallery you have a fantastic view of the Oude Weer, which was redesigned in 2014. The millers will be happy to show you around. You can also buy flour for pancakes there. The proceeds from this sale go to the maintenance of the mill. De Juffer is also a popular location for wedding ceremonies.
