Sudbury Courtyard is a small friendly and interesting collection of shops and a really nice café. Lots of outdoor seating and the whole place is bike friendly.
The National Trust managed Sudbury Hall is just up the road and well worth a visit.
Open Tuesday to Sunday 10:00 - 16:00.

Oooh, I didn't get my cyclist discount, but maybe you have to ask for it (despite wearing obvious cycling gear haha)!
(Apparently there is a discount for cyclists at the café, not confirmed)
