The Ochsenscharte (2,168m) lies between the two peaks of Telfer Weißen and Rosskopf and offers an impressive panorama: to the south you can see the Ridnaun Valley, on the other side you can see the Pflerschertal, which lies directly on the Austrian border. The path over the saddle is narrow and you should definitely have a head for heights in order to be able to enjoy this transition!

The ridge path from the Köpfl to the Ochsenscharte is great, but definitely requires a head for heights due to some exposed spots. The entire ridge is unsecured. Note: we are “lowland Tyroleans with mountain experience”.
