Tips
The “five riflemen” are a former weir in Uttenreuth. With this weir system, the Schwabach was dammed by the five gunners that have since been dismantled. The dammed up water was led to Buckenhof via a moat to irrigate the meadows in the floodplain. Nearby is the so-called Indian Gorge, an idyllic place in nature.
