Hiking
Balser wasn't paying attention, the storm had already caught a goose.
She flew away, she got very scared, she woke up in Rotterdam.
The news reached as far as Brussels and from small children's mouths
said a peeing original, I change once:
Set out for faraway lands, replace the goose on Balser's stand.
Pee there with arrogance, in the black brook's murky flood.
So came without obstacle, on the bar: Manneken Pis.

Hiking
Nelly thinks it's wonderful
the third goose is back.
The little man behind the balser,
he waltzes with fairies at night,
during the day he directs the beam very finely,
on the Balser's trouser leg.
