The Uplandsteig is a circular hiking trail that can be divided into ambitious 2 or better 3 to 4 stages. A very worthwhile hiking trail that rewards you with beautiful paths and great views. I liked the Uplandsteig very much, only the section from Neerda to Bömighausen leads straight over a forest highway.
