The Moers telecommunications tower is located in the Meerbeck district of the North Rhine-Westphalian city of Moers (Wesel district). The type tower FMT 13, which however has a five meter longer point, was built in 1989 by the Deutsche Bundespost on the forest road. The lower platform is 99.95 m high, the upper platform 108.20 m high. It has a total height of 163 m above level (190.5 m above sea level) and today belongs to the Telekom subsidiary DFMG Deutsche Funkturm GmbH.
