The Kylltal bike path (also called Kyll-Radweg) is a largely parallel to the Kyll running 120 km long bike path. It connects the origin of the Kyll at Losheimergraben on the German-Belgian border with the confluence with the Moselle at Trier-Ehrang and the Roman town of Trier, which is only a few kilometers away. On the part of Jünkerath to Trier runs a railway along the Kyll, which can bypass the increase. The cycle path crosses several landscape forms of the Eifel. The route is paved to about 118 km, the rest runs on paved paths. The uniform signage with the bike lane logo is designed in both directions according to the guidelines of the ADFC. Between Gerolstein-Bewingen and Densborn a nearly flat 20 km long Kinderradweg has been established.
