I strongly recommend doing the tour in the opposite direction and starting in the gorge, not as described in the app. So you have the most difficult part right at the beginning and you can still change your mind if you don't trust yourself to do the demanding and strenuous climbing over wet stones.
After 3 hours we stood relatively exhausted in front of the difficult to find gorge entrance and suddenly had to switch back to maximum performance while the daylight ran away from us more and more. But from that point on we really didn't have a choice.
