If you leave Exten to the south, the Kehl, a small hill of around 100 meters, rises on the way to Uchtdorf. At the top is an elegant property, visible from afar. A hunting seat was built here around 1870. The forest and the lands belonged to the Extener Edelhof at that time. The magnificent Rococo castle was the model for this building in many ways. It was later used as an inn. Today it is privately owned.
