Well-paved country road between Fürstenberg / Havel and Lychen. However, there was also plenty of car traffic on the weekend. If you want it quieter, better choose the bypass via Himmelpfort

Boring. There is a much nicer bike-path from Fürstenberg to Himmelpfort. First along the former Concentration-Camp / Memorial-site in Fürstenberg, then through forest and along the south shore of Lake Sidow. In Himmelpfort head North between the two lakes (Sidowsee on the left, and Moderfitzsee on the right), and then along the North shore of Lake Moderfitz. Then after about 500m on the left there is a very nice bike-path through the forest, along an (old?) train-track and finally to the East shore of Lake Lychen.
