A little insight into the waterwheel construction work
If you cycle along the Lenneradweg or go on a hike, you can take a break here. Note opening times!
If you are on holiday in the area, our guest rooms are a place to stay, even in cloudy weather, to spend a few relaxing and enjoyable hours. Even if Schmallenberg is not included in the energy path, the water wheel is also worth a trip.
It generates an average annual output of around 150,000 to 175,000 KW/hour. At least that is what is forecast. It has been running since October 2014 and saves Co2. That's what counts.

Cafe by the water wheel
Weekly changing small dish as an alternative. Homemade cakes and coffee are served in a beautiful ambience outside and inside. There are fresh and delicious cakes and sometimes tarts. But what should never be missing are the legendary cream puffs.
Opening hours: Saturday and Sunday - 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Also open at these times on public holidays.
