This path is actually the historical "Hessenstrasse", the old railway embankment in this section, behind the Funkenmühle-Nastätten in the direction of Holzhausen, partly roughly where the road on the B274 now goes. From the edge of the forest at the level of the sailing airfield, the old railway line goes clearly into the forest, runs partially parallel to the historical "Hessenstrasse", the current path crosses the old railway line twice.
In the direction of Holzhausen, the old railway line then crosses the B274 again, and from the bridge leads directly to the Heidehof, the old Holzhausen station. There it continues on the B260, directly accessible on the route of the old embankment of the former "Nassauische-Kleinbahn-AG" ....
