I drove here on a road bike in the rain. The road is all sluggish, and even on mtb I wouldn't go there. The slick 28 tire didn't want to steer. But there was a goal, and I passed. Apart from the place where the forest was taken from the felling, in dry weather everything is probably easily passable.
