The art of brewing has always been a tradition in the Saarland and is an integral part of the local culture. So it came about that in 2001 the Hochwälder Brauhaus with its own brewery was opened directly on the beautiful Losheimer lake.
In a dreamlike environment, the Hochwälder Brauhaus has created a hospitable place with a perfect brewhouse atmosphere. Here you can meet friends, spend convivial hours in the beer garden and enjoy home-brewed highlander beer and regional delicacies from the Saarland.
