Somehow Dettenroden seems to have a special streak for horses, donkeys and other animals. I don't think I've ever read so much worth knowing about the animals as I did in Dettenroden. A resident has probably fulfilled his dream there and keeps donkeys, horses, ponies, goats and many other animals there.
