Torre Sant’Eustachio
The church is located in the "Vulgo San Staso" district on the border between the territories of Giovinazzo and Bitonto and unfortunately is in a state of severe decay, the frescoes that adorned the walls have been irreparably destroyed, the interior has been looted several times, and the large chianche that made up the removed flooring. The sacred building dates back to the 11th century and stands on the remains of an ancient medieval farmhouse known as "Padula" of which much of the central nucleus and the large fenced courtyard can be seen. The church has two domes that rest on four arches connected by spherical pendentives and has a single nave divided into two rooms.
