The ferry will be back in operation from the Easter weekend in 2021!

Ascension Day => "Sunday" => Open from 10.30 am to 6.30 pm!

Attention due to the guidelines of the RIVM:

The number of people to be transported on the ferry is

limited by the 1.5 meter spacing standard;

Take waiting times into account;

The 1.5 meter distance rule also applies in the queue;

Give each other space;

You can pay contactless or 1 euro per person in cash.

In the summer months there is a ferry in Wijns "De Wynser Oerset" that connects cyclists and hikers with the cycle and hiking trails on the other side of the Dokkumer Ee.

The opening times

From Easter to October 1st:

All weekends from 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

From May 15th to September 15th:

Every working day from 1 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.

Prices:

Adults: € 1.00

Children up to 12 years: Free of charge

For group transfers outside of normal hours, you can contact the De Winze staff on 058-2561136. You can then contact one of the volunteer skippers for availability.
