On the edge of the old town and part of the city wall is this well restored Renaissance castle which Duke Ludwig of Württemberg had built in 1538. Famous resident was Duchess Henriette 1780-1857. The castle can be visited and rooms can be rented for weddings, great ambience with a large courtyard.
