A little off the road is a large stone grave from the time 2000 BC, discovered in 1930. The grave finds are exhibited in the Verden local history museum.
UPDATE 2021: The site is now fenced in and can no longer be entered. The finds are no longer here anyway, but in Verden in the museum.
