Here, along the coast, you will find a narrow strip of sand, crystal clear sea in summer and vigorous waves in winter. A small lighthouse stands alone in front of a rock called Punta Mangiabarche. Its task is to prevent (sometimes unsuccessfully) boats from running aground on the outcropping rocks, giving it a slightly disturbing touch of charm. The cliff gained its fame due to the misfortunes of sailors and sailors.

From this panoramic point you can see a lighthouse with a very particular name, the "Mangiabarche" lighthouse. Despite its name, the task of this picturesque lighthouse is to prevent boats from getting stuck (and consequently sinking) in the low rocky seabed of the coast. This panoramic point can be reached with a short detour from the main road and is worth passing by to admire the colors of the Sardinian coast.
