The Maare-Mosel cycle path is wonderful to master even for inexperienced cyclists and is peppered with interesting highlights such as this former railway viaduct. A detour to the Eifeler bell foundry (Brockschied) is just as worthwhile as a refreshment in the goat cheese dairy "Vulkanhof" in Gillenfeld.
