Fox Ravine in the Westerwald

The small ravine on the side of the road is beautiful and I just wanted to take some pictures. So I'm up the mountain to take a photo of the little hole above. I take the picture (picture 2) and did not notice, that I was already observed :-) On picture 3 you can see the observer. When he suddenly came out of his hiding place like lightning, I was "terribly" scared. I can not say who was more scared, but I definitely was. But then only escape was announced. Great that I live in such a region where you can still experience it.

I passed this point on my hike yesterday, but didn't see any foxes. Since I had my daughter's little dog, the little Cawapu mixed breed dog Josy, with me, I didn't want to go any closer into the gorge, because I didn't want to offer food for the foxes.

small but fine gorge
