Easier from north to south: more downhill, not everything rideable. Attention, pedestrians are to be expected on the path, which is not visible everywhere. The way is worthwhile if you can drive s2 to s3 passages. In the other direction (especially at the end) you have to carry the bike over your shoulders and up again and again.
