The restaurant Klostermühle is located near the monastery Bursfelde. The building was built in the years 1898/1899 as a mill with attached tavern. Freshness, sustainability, regionality and quality are of particular importance to the kitchen team.

Built in 1093, the monastery church still invites people to enjoy the rooms for silence and prayer. For more than 900 years, people have entered these rooms and brought with them everything that is currently occupying them.

The Klostermühle restaurant is today located in the mill built in 1898/1899. Our service welcomes you in the sun on our Weser terrace or in the cold season at the tiled stove or in the fireplace room. The kitchen team prepares with pleasure and creativity both classic and innovative dishes. The descriptions freshness, sustainability, regional and quality are given special priority.
