Mountain biking
Mountain biking has been a controversial topic in the Deuring Forest for years. There, the forest administration has now resorted to drastic measures, which not only bothers cyclists.
Walkers in the western forests are annoyed with mountain bikers, who in turn demand legalized terrain. The dispute in the Deuring Forest even goes so far that strangers set up traps made of nail boards, steel ropes and chain-link fences. The Office for Agriculture and Forestry is hoping for an agreement between all parties involved.
