Tips

The trail can (theoretically) be used in both directions, but it should be noted that on the way to the Maria-Hilf chapel down increasingly longer stages occur sections (ie untrained drivers here watch), but on the left edge of the road on a thin strip could be avoided.
After the chapel, it is in the beginning quite rooty and "steep", so again caution is required
Coming from the "Quarry Trail", it is still quite good to drive at the beginning (take some momentum to master the narrow entry), but then it gets steeper, and it could well be that you have to dismount and push the bike a few meters (like me ;-))

Smooth trail on the Engelsberg from MIL-Nord. Nice view of the Main valley inclusive.

The trail starts at the top of the stairs, you can go down the stairs or over to the left. At the Maria Grotte you can only continue on a beautiful single trail. I can only recommend.
