A unique experience for young and old. Due to its independence from the weather, a visit to the salt mine is particularly recommended in bad weather. At former real salt mining sites, the diverse history of salt and the changing mining techniques over the decades are illustrated amidst the vast underground chambers with modern presentations. However, the most impressive are the large dome hall at the end of the visitor tour and the 40-meter-long slide.
