Can be reached either from:
- the north: drive to Izvoare resort then do a medium hike on the forest trail for ~1h30min
- the south: drive to Groapele Chiuzbăii then hike the (harder) blue dot trail for 1-2 hours
Paragliding activity is present whenever weather allows, especially on the weekends. Flights possible with certified tandem instructor.
In the winter, if you like raw powder, this is the place to be -- but take note there are no amenities!

The ascent from Blidari is easily accessible by bus and takes about 3 hours.
The descent to Baia Mare to the Strada Taul Rosi is very steep and only recommended for experienced hikers who are in good physical condition.
