Battenkill Valley Creamery sells milk/cheese/eggs/meat from local farms. During the summer you can buy ice cream in the afternoon and into the evening. Great spot to stop for a snack if you are exploring gravel roads in the area.

County Rt 30 which comes out of Salem and goes past the Battenkill Creamery is a narrow windy road with a 55mph speed limit. Bikers beware!
