Green Mountain Reservoir is a part of the Blue River and a very popular spot for fishing. In addition to the 2,125 acres of water, there are 208 campsites for visitors to enjoy.

Since getting into the water is encouraged in the reservoir, there is a swim beach and two boat launches that provide opportunities for wakeboarding, tubing, skiing, paddle boarding, and swimming.
