Framura is a beautiful Ligurian village. Although not very well known, it has nothing to envy to much more touristic places. In Framura you will find everything you could wish for: bars, restaurants, beaches and a beautiful cycle path overlooking the sea.

There is a world of difference between the five heavily frequented towns of the Cinque Terre and the quiet area around Bonasola/Framura, which has largely been spared from mass tourism so far. The best way to get there is on foot or by bike through a cool, disused railway tunnel. "Framura" actually consists of several villages built into the mountain. Here you should not ignore the steepness of the road. Condition is required here. In order to reach the places, an elevator must first be used. I had no trouble getting my bike inside.
