In Panzano in Chianti, the SP118 branches off to the north. In constant ups and downs, it is a ridge road with almost continuous great views in both directions, west and east.
The asphalt is okay but not great everywhere, tends to be worse than usual in the region. Therefore, always on the steeper mountain slopes always something caution is appropriate. But the view is always worth a visit.
Also, the journey behind the place LeQuattro Strade is worthwhile.

very wavy, costs grains. But quiet and scenic road. Asphalt is rough and as described above, still easy to drive.

Tuscany typical steep ramps alternate with descents in rapid succession, so that you can not get out of the switch. For little traffic and some great prospects.
