On the occasion of the 1st Solothurn Forest Days 2014, 8 artists demonstrated their abilities to the astonished audience and created people, animals and mythical creatures from raw tree trunks of the local forest. Some of these figures can now be visited on the Sculpture Trail in Bornwald.
