Great and long sports via ferrata through the sea wall at the picturesque Leopoldsteiner See. After over 100 years ago, the Emperor Franz Joseph penetrated into the middle of the wall (Kaiserbuch) to chase chamois there, the climb was named after him. The most modern and exemplary built he leads through the 860 m high sea wall and waits at the end still with a photogenic rope bridge.

The via ferrata is very demanding. To be honest, getting started is a “well-intentioned” D when it comes to difficulties. If you already have difficulties with this, you should consider whether you should not turn back at the "emergency exit". Because the length of the via ferrata should by no means be underestimated!
