Location and history: Weilimdorf-Wollfbusch is a district of Stuttgart-Weilimdorf
Weilimdorf (until 1955 Weil im Dorf) is a district in the northwest of Stuttgart. It borders on the Stuttgart districts of Zuffenhausen, Feuerbach and Stuttgart-West as well as the cities of Gerlingen, Ditzingen and Korntal-Münchingen (all three district of Ludwigsburg).
Weilimdorf is surrounded by greenery. The pheasant garden is in the west, the hilly Strohgäu is in the northwest, the Feuerbach vineyards in the east and the forests around Solitude Castle in the south.
Wolfbusch is a coherent housing development, predominantly characterized by single-family houses, which can score with its cleanliness and spacious plots. The B295 and the connection to the light rail system ensure good traffic connections. Nearby recreation areas also increase the quality of life and provide plenty of fresh air.
Stuttgart Wolfbusch is a residential area in the Weilimdorf district. In the west it merges seamlessly with the neighboring district of Bergheim, while in the east it borders on a field landscape. There are also fields to the north, but these pass into the pheasant garden shortly afterwards. The pheasant garden is a local recreation area that invites you to linger, walk or jog with lush forests and green spaces. The southern outskirts are dominated by a large piece of forest that stretches down to the Stuttgart city center. Many branched paths, some signposted, provide kilometers of routes to discover.
Wolfbusch's atmosphere is calm, in places even idyllic.
