    Fledborough village church. A grade 1 listed building, looked after by the Churches conservation trust.
    It’s Norman, Gothic. The lower parts of the tower are the oldest remaining parts, 12th century.
    In the 18th century it was known at the Gretna Green of the Midlands because it’s rector granted marriage licenses for runaway couples
