Here on 16.05.1947 a mass grave was discovered in which 45 concentration camp prisoners were buried. These were to be transported in the last days of the war in 1945 from the concentration camp Dora to Bergen-Belsen. They were shot and buried here during the transport. After being found by witnesses, the bodies were exhumed and buried at Celle Forest Cemetery.

However, the board that has been put into the bank has already suffered a lot and urgently needs renewal.
