Exactly at the location of the highlight, not exactly the most beautiful spot on Madeira. There is a garbage dump/junk yard on the Levada. It smells terrible there of animal dung, rotten plants and garbage. You pass corrugated iron huts where animals appear to be kept. Quite a strange corner...
