The castle of San Martino della Vaneza is a medieval fortress located in the San Martino area in the municipality of Cervarese Santa Croce, in the province of Padua.
The castle was built in a strategic position, on the border between the territories of Padua and Vicenza along the Bacchiglione river, an important commercial route. Its oldest part, the tower, dates back to the 11th century.
It currently belongs to the province of Padua, which has revamped it by setting up the Archaeological Museum of the Bacchiglione River.

A great classic along the Bacchiglione river. Perfect for a picnic break, there is also water.
