Road cycling
I like Playa Las Teresitas, at least on a sunny day without wind. There are a few beach bars with some food options. I like to go here to swim and sunbathe. As opposed to most beaches on Tenerife, this is not a black-sand beach, since the sand here was brought in from the Sahara. Climb up the adjacent TF-121 for amazing views of the beach and shoreline.
