A granite monument, formerly topped with a sphere and an eagle figure (these two elements are currently missing). The obelisk commemorates 40 inhabitants of the Schwanenbeck commune who died in World War I. The base of the monument is four-sided, on each wall in chronological order carved: rank, name, surname and date of death of the deceased or deceased. The obelisk was unveiled in 1921.
