There is enough space to discover and explore this beautiful recreation area with a polder landscape. Along the way you will encounter various benches and picnic benches where you can enjoy the view and / or rest. The bird resting area can be a nice stop during your walk / bike ride. The area also contains a few specific elements from the past, such as the Steenovens, peat pits and 'de Wielen' from the old polder landscape. For a cup of coffee / tea, lunch, drinks or dinner you can of course go to one of the catering establishments in or near Park Hitland.
