Aperbeck City Hall (Rathaus, today Amtshaus/Bezirksamt) with a police station and a restaurant/pub integrated into the first floor, was built 1906/1907 in the retro-monumental empire style. When Aperbeck became part of Dortmund city in1927 the building became the district office.
