In front of the gates of Trochtelfingen there is the possibility to take a look at the production of original Swabian spaetzle and other noodle specialties while walking through the glass production of the local pasta manufacturer Alb-Gold.
It is part of the “philosophy” of the customer center with an attached restaurant to focus on the importance of healthy and natural nutrition.
