Steigerwald Treetop Walk

Absolutely worthwhile is a visit to the treetop trail. Suitable for big and small (also with stroller). The construction alone is worth seeing. Definitely also a detour to the info center to Handthal make (nice walk through the forest, suitable for strollers, also possible by bicycle)

The treetop path in Ebrach is highly recommended (maybe not on a racing bike tour because of shoes and such). Very nicely laid out with a lot of information.
Enjoy the sunset above in December and then stroll down to the Christmas market. The path is then subtly illuminated.
Be sure to visit the information center in Handthal with changing exhibitions and activities. A beautiful footpath and gravel bike path lead directly from the treetop path.

Views from the large tower and its construction are just full of adventure.
